When giving information, one with good Oral Communication speaks in a respectful and appropriate manner to others, asks and responds to questions to make sure points are clear, and delivers information in a timely manner. When receiving information, he or she listens attentively and is responsive to customers, supervisors, and coworkers, doesn't interrupt or intimidate them, and encourages them to express their ideas.
